Location, TV channels, Friendly staff

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and some great restaurants. The TV had a wide variety of local and international channels, which was enjoyable. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff who were always eager to recommend nearby attractions.

My room had a moldy smell in the bathroom which made it uncomfortable to use. the walls were quite thin and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and outside traffic throughout the night.

Value for money and walking distance to the Ancient Culture Street.

Staffs were very kind and view was not bad.

Breakfast was disappointing.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Nice View the hotel is located in a great position, close to markets and shopping malls, and with a lovely view. the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information and assistance. the rooms are well serviced each day, and the breakfast is adequate with a good selection of food.

Limited amenities, Slow Wi, Fi the hotel lacks some amenities that were advertised, such as no room service, no pool, no gym. the Wi, Fi is slow, which can be frustrating when you need to do some work or browse the internet.

Super friendly staff, always smiling, always ready to help. English spoken to good standard. Comfy beds! Great location, near to river and city.

Breakfast just for chinese. Toilet NOT clean in lobby area. Cleaning service wanted to acces our room while we were still in bed :-/

The hotel location was ideal for me as it was within walking distance to the places I wanted to visit. The rooms had a modern design and the hotel facilities were clean. The breakfast was excellent and had multiple options for vegetarians. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our recent stay in the city center was terrific! We were within walking distance of many attractions and just a short cab ride away from others. the convenience of being near the train station made for a smooth arrival and departure. the spacious room was clean and the bathroom had all modern amenities. the friendly staff and easy check-in added to our wonderful experience. the delicious breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including coffee and tea in the room. We appreciated the convenient location and the comfortable facilities.

We had a slight disappointment as some of the advertised facilities were not available, despite being listed on the website.

Breakfast provided was excellent please consider for vegetarians choice also

No sufficient water is provided for drinking when asked more than two water bottle will have cost as informed by hotel management .No welcome fruits provided .Given single bed only eventhough rate was same for both

The breakfast offered was plentiful, but very Asian oriented. The room was comfortable and spacious.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was superb, with all the main attractions and the train station very close by. I loved being able to easily walk to places like the Tianjin Eye and the Italian style street. Plus, it was just a short taxi ride away from other popular destinations.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Good location, rooms and breakfats

The rooms had a nice modern design. The wifi was easy to use and there was an easy to read tv schedule so I didn't have to spend time flicking through tv channels to see what films were on. It was also located close to the Tianjin Eye.

Our room was a little bit hot at night and we couldn't find the air con (if there was one).
